IMPS III Inspection Database Module

The IMPS III Inspection Database Module provides a standard inspection database with the functionality to

• Set up component types (object name, part number, customer, order number, report distribution;
• Set up inspection parameters for each component (pass/fail, comments, defects, etc.);
• Ability to link components to existing Teach 'n' Repeat scripts.
• Perform either Manual or Automated inspections.
• Automatic recording of inspection parameters (Time, Date, Operator, etc.) during inspection;
• Search for, recall and review previous inspections from the database;
• Generate, print and save inspection reports;
• Ability to archive inspections to removable media (CD, DVD, BluRay, Tape, Removable Hard Drives) or remote storage.

Thanks to IMPS III's modular design, custom database requirements can be easily accommodated with minimum effort. If required IMPS III can also be customised to interface to existing external databases. For more information please send us an email at: sales@sis.shawcor.com.
