This cooling unit is designed to provide cooling for high power industrial x-ray tubes up to 225kV. The coolant can be either water or a mixture of water and antifreeze (glycol). The water is cooled by an air-cooled heat exchanger, water pressure is limited by an adjustable bypass valve.

The maximum cooling capacity of this unit depends upon the temperature difference between ambient temperature and the water outlet temperature. The cooling capacity is 3kW, with just a 11 °C temperature difference.

The water flow is monitored by an adjustable flow switch, and the water temperature by a thermal switch.

This Oil Cooling unit is designed to provide oil cooling for the majority of industrial x-ray tubes, rated over 225kV the unit and the x-ray tube. The oil is cooled by an air-cooled heat exchanger, oil pressure is limited by an adjustable bypass valve.

The maximum cooling capacity of this unit depends upon the temperature difference between ambient temperature and the oil outlet. The cooling capacity is 4kW, with a 40 °C ambient temperature and a 70 °C oil temperature.

The unit also includes safety circuits for correct flow and oil temperature.

The 4.5kW Oil Cooler is designed to provide continuous oil cooling for the highest power industrial x-ray tubes. This unit also uses an air cooled heat exchanger, but is capable of providing 4.5kW cooling capacity, with just a 23 °C difference between ambient temperature, and oil temperature.

Oil pressure can be limited by an adjustable bypass valve and the unit also includes safety circuits for correct flow and oil temperature.
