SPS Inspection Systems supply High Voltage X-Ray cable assemblies and Receptacles to fit most makes of industrial x-ray equipment. All cables have excellent low noise and high voltage characteristics thus providing a large operating voltage safety margin.

Industrial X-Ray cables with moulded rubber terminations are available for the following DC voltages and connector styles: 65kV (R3), 100kV (R10), 160kV (R24), 210kV (R30), and 225kV (R28)

Cables sets are commonly available in 5m and 10m lengths with any combination of connector type. Custom cable sets can also be provided to specific lengths to suit customer's special requirements.

Other high voltage components, such as flanges, receptacles, and blanking plugs are available on request.

SPS Inspection Systems supply water hose assemblies to fit most water cooled industrial x-ray systems. Standard lengths are 5m and 10m, but hoses can also be provided to specific lengths to suit customer's special requirements.

All hose assemblies are based on polyester reinforced PVC tube, offering excellent abrasion resistance and good flexibility. These flexible hoses, are also lightweight, and are rated up to 10 bar. The tubing meets BS6066 1981 (1986) and ISO 5774 1980.

Other components such as quick release connectors are available on request.

All hose assemblies are based on reinforced NBR tube, with a CR/SBR cover which provides excellent abrasion resistence. These flexible hoses, are also lightweight, and are rated up to 25 bar. The tubing meets EN228:2000, EN 590:2004 and DIN 51 603 parts 1 - 5.
