This accreditation has been issued by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) BV, certificate number 50620-2009-AQ-GBR-UKAS. Copies of this certificate are available upon request.

Prior to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, SPS Inspection Systems, a department of Shaw Pipelines Services, was previously named Shaw Inspection Systems Limited, X-Tek Industrial Limited, and OIS Engineering Ltd. We have have had BS EN ISO 9001:1994 and previously BS 5750:1987 (ISO 9001-1987, EN 29001-1987) accreditation since April 1990.
